“The Promised Heaven. 26 shades”

   Watching the sun rise, we unwittingly become filled with thoughts on the mysteries of life,

of the Promised Heaven.

How magnificent are the works of nature of the Creator.

How generous and varied His palette is.

The range and number of colors present in the works of nature is not limited to 26.

26 is the numerical value of the Almighty.

This number denotes the one true Author – the Creator.

The paintings were inspired by the sunrises seen by the author in Miami in 2015.

“SINAI”

It was on Mount Sinai that through Moses the Almighty sent the people the Ten Commandments inscribed on two stone tablets.

Reflecting upon the true meaning and significance of this phenomenon for the fate of all mankind, Yael decided to intensify the visual similarity of Mount Sinai with the shape of the female breast. Sinai, like the mother’s breast, has been infinitely providing nourishment to the whole world. Time passes, generations succeed one another and yet people continue raising their children based on the moral principles laid down

by the Ten Commandments.
